1. Introduction Thank you for shopping at Marbles Creative Coaching. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our returns policy varies depending on the type of product purchased – physical books or downloadable products.

2. Physical Products (Books)

• Eligibility for Return: You are eligible to return a physical book if it is damaged upon arrival or if you receive the wrong item.
• Return Period: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Downloadable Products (E-books, Meditations)

• Non-returnable and Non-refundable: Due to the nature of downloadable products, we cannot accept returns. These products are deemed “used” after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strict no refund policy for downloadable products.
• Exceptional Circumstances: If you experience technical issues or are unable to download the product, please contact us for assistance.

4. Refunds for Physical Products

• Refund Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• Approval of Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

• Responsibility for Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged or Incorrect Item: If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost.
